Is there parking available?
There is secure parking on a gated driveway with CCTV coverage – please note items left in your vehicle are your own responsibility.
How big is the pool?
The swimming pool is 10m x 3m with an average depth of 1.1m
Are there changing rooms?
Yes! There are changing rooms with free to use lockers, we also have a shower and WC within the changing room area. Please note – locker keys are chargeable at £10 if lost.
How long is a swimming session?
The swimming sessions are 75 minutes, this includes your changing time.
How much does a swimming session cost?
This depends on how many people are coming to swim – visit our booking page for all pricing.
How do I cancel my swimming booking?
You can cancel your swimming up to 12 hours before via your account on the website, if it is within this time then please contact us to see about rescheduling your session.
Is there a cost to spectate?
Not at all, the charge is for swimmers only.
Can I buy a gift card?
We do offer gift cards, you can purchase these at your swimming session or contact us about purchasing one.
I’ve been given a gift card, how do I use it?
Book your swim through our booking page and select the option for “Cash on Arrival”, also please add that you have a voucher in the booking notes section. When you come for your swim show us your voucher and we will make a note of the voucher number.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes! You can purchase a membership which gives you 4 swimming slots per month subject to availability. For more information please contact us.
