Your booking is a non-returnable product and exempt from our Terms and Conditions Section 8 Refund and Return Policy.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your booking unless under extraordinary circumstances.

A cancellation fee of £5 to cover administrative costs on all cancellations, this will be deducted from any refund given.

Rescheduling is free of charge if we are notified at least 24 hours prior to your booking.
