Your booking is a non-returnable product and exempt from our Terms and Conditions Section 8 Refund and Return Policy.

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required reschedule your booking unless under extraordinary circumstances.

On booking its your responsibility to make sure that you can attend as cancellations are not accepted and no refund will be given if you decide you want to cancel.

Rescheduling is free of charge if we are notified at least 48 hours prior to your booking.
